Everything was perfect: a prime location right on Piazza della Signoria, a small room, but spotless and equipped with everything that could be useful during the stay and, not least, truly courteous and helpful staff. You couldn't ask for more for a stay in Florence.

The location is perfect, especially for my first marathon (which I happily completed) :) but generally speaking, for anyone who wants to stay right in the heart of the city. The provision of luggage storage and a post-race shower was much appreciated and by no means a given – quite the opposite, in fact. The staff are friendly and respond promptly.

The structure is very cosy and clean, the staff super friendly. The room, with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom, complete with a coffee machine and kettle, perfect for use. The view overlooks Piazza del Mercato Nuovo, where the boar fountain is located and where the beautiful market of leather goods is set up daily.
